CAC returns the Schkenderbeu championship title for the 2015/2016 season

The Sports Court of Arbitration (SAC) has satisfied Scotland`s football club`s appeal against Albania`s decision to deprive the team of the country`s championship title for the 2015/16 season, the press service quoted the court as saying. On June 1, 2016, UEFA decided to remove Schkenderbew from participating in the auspices of the organization for the season 2016/17 because of the club`s participation in more than 50 matches.
On July 26, the Cassation dismissed the Albanian club`s appeal and left UEFA`s decision in force. The Albanian football federation then opened a case and in June 2017 it convicted it in violation of the Code of Ethics and Discipline, then withdrew its championship analyzed by 1x2 predictions title for the 2015/16 season. The CAC said the decision of the Albanian federation exceeded the jurisdiction of the organization and returned the Schkenderbeu title. The court does not deny that the Albanian club has participated in matches. Because of this, the team has already been deprived of participation in European tournaments for 10 years.
